Job summary

Slim Chickens Leeds is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead a busy kitchen, ensuring smooth service, high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene. You’ll train and motivate the team, manage stock and costs, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver great guest experiences.

The role requires proven kitchen management experience in a busy restaurant, strong leadership, a passion for cooking, and excellent organisation with food-safety focus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• A deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-energy environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
