The Two Brewers in Chipperfield, part of Greene King, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef to lead a strong kitchen team and uphold high standards. You will manage day-to-day kitchen operations, drive performance across food quality, presentation and service, and prepare for the upcoming refit.

Qualifications

Experience leading a busy kitchen in a pub or hotel environment.
Proven ability to coach and develop a kitchen team.
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and health and safety.

Responsibilities

Lead the kitchen team from the front and set clear expectations.
Maintain consistently high standards across food quality, presentation and service.
Take ownership of kitchen operations and ensure every service runs smoothly.
Coach, motivate and develop the kitchen team.
Lead busy services confidently and remain calm under pressure.
Play a key role in preparing the team for the upcoming refit.
