Job summary

The Commercial Hotel in the United Kingdom seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and deliver exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant and events. You will manage day-to-day operations, drive menu development, maintain high standards of quality and profitability, and mentor your kitchen team.

You will work with suppliers to source the best produce, lead from the front, and foster a culture of care, learning and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing service levels.
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene procedures.
• Ability to plan menus, control costs and manage supplier relationships.
