Job summary

Aluminiosteverga is seeking an energetic Kitchen Leader in the UK to support and coach our team in delivering delicious food for customers. You will drive shift execution, train staff, and partner with Managers to ensure smooth back-of-house operations.

This role offers strong development through our Training Academy, with opportunities for progression as you gain leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience and a passion for food and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach team members to consistently produce delicious food for customers.
• Own the shift operations and ensure smooth back-of-house processes alongside store managers.

Job description

We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Leaders who support, train and coach our lovely team members to consistently produce delicious food for our customers to enjoy at !

Our leaders are essential to the smooth running of the shift and take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside with our Managers, being the eyes and ears for the back of house operations

You will also gain relevant skills and knowledge that can lead to management opportunities – all supported by our Training Academy
