Job summary

Pimlico Plumbers Limited is seeking a Driver & Operations Assistant to support showroom and installation teams across the UK. You will receive deliveries, transport materials to customers’ homes, assist installers, and help ensure a high-quality customer journey.

The role requires a Full UK driving licence, IT skills, and excellent communication. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handle showroom tasks, and help maintain stock and showroom standards.

Qualifications

• Previous showroom/installation support experience is advantageous.
• Basic DIY knowledge and confidence with hand/power tools.
• Strong IT literacy with Microsoft Office/CRM.
• Full UK driving licence with a clean record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, inspect for damage, and report issues promptly.
• Pick products per survey spec and fitter’s pack requirements.
• Load/unload materials from delivery van and transport to homes.
• Assist installation teams and support with fit tasks.
• Collect waste from completed installations.
• Maintain showroom and warehouse stock and housekeeping.
• Liaise with customers to ensure a seamless journey.
• Support with showroom duties and general tasks as needed.
