Job summary

Dream Doors Ltd is seeking a Driver & Operations Assistant to support day-to-day showroom and installation activities. The role covers driving, warehouse duties, and practical installation support to ensure a high-quality customer journey.

You will receive and inspect deliveries, assist with unloading and transport of materials, and help the installation teams while maintaining a tidy showroom and stockroom. Driving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• IT literate with basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
• Full UK driving licence with clean record.
• Experience driving vans or similar vehicles an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Able to work independently and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries against purchase orders and report any damage.
• Ensure accurate picking of products per survey specs and fitter packs.
• Load/unload materials from the delivery van and deliver to customer homes.
• Assist installation teams and support a smooth customer journey during kitchen projects.
• Maintain showroom/warehouse areas, perform stock checks and replenishment.
• Support with showroom duties and general tasks as part of a small team.
