Description:

We are a Taiwan bubble tea brand providing customer with healthier choice of beverages. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to grow with us. Good opportunities to becomes key position holders as we expand our footprint in this region.


Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner while assisting them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
  • Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
  • Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
  • Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations
  • Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed
  • Handle daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance
  • Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not mandatory but an added advantage. Training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions
  • Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth daily operation
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, work evening, weekends, and holidays as needed

This job has the following work schedule:

  • Retail hours
  • 44 hours / week
  • Shifting schedule
  • Flexible 5 or 6 days / week
  • Start work - Immediate

Part time : Fr $10/hr
