Job summary

We are seeking to appoint a General Kitchen Assistant to join our successful, ambitious team at Stockport School which is very popular and over-subscribed. The working hours are 16.25 hours per week (10.45am to 2.30pm), term time plus 6 days (to be specified by the school). We are seeking a General Assistant who is enthusiastic, self-motivated and reliable who has:

• Experience of basic food preparation and service of food, working in a busy kitchen environment
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, being a team player
• Flexibility with hours if required
