Job summary

Stockport School in Stockport, Greater Manchester, is hiring a General Kitchen Assistant on a part-time contract. You will support basic food preparation and the service of meals in a busy school kitchen, working as part of a friendly, reliable team to ensure high standards of hygiene and customer service.

The role is 16.25 hours per week, term time plus six days, with a real living wage topping the base rate and an ASAP start. DBS clearance will be required before appointment.

Scale 1.3 - £13.27 per hour (currently topped up to real living wage rate of £13.45 per hour)
