Job summary

A local kitchen supplier in Weston-super-Mare is seeking Kitchen Design/Sales Assistants for full-time or part-time roles. You will support customers in the buying process both in-store and remotely, working towards individual sales targets. Previous sales experience is helpful, and a strong customer-focused approach is essential. The role offers a £24,500 basic salary (pro rata for part-time) and the potential for uncapped commission based on performance, with an OTE of £32,000 to £45,000 for strong performers.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in furniture or kitchens is helpful but not essential.
• Comfortable speaking with customers face to face, by phone, and online.
• Well organized, with the ability to manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Help customers purchase kitchens through the website and sales system.
• Assist showroom visitors and create a welcoming environment.
• Explain the buying and delivery process clearly.
