Yo! is seeking dynamic kitchen team members across our global YO! locations in the UK. You will roll sushi, prepare dishes, and manage the hot section while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Ideal candidates are food enthusiasts who thrive in a fast-paced QSR environment, are comfortable with stock checks, and can work well as part of a team committed to high-quality menu execution.

Qualifikationen

• A passion for great food and working with food lovers.
• Competent in all kitchen areas including prep and cleaning.
• Knowledge of fresh foods and cooking techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety.
• Experience meeting tight deadlines in a QSR environment.
• Inventory controls to track stock and minimise waste.
• Support setup, maintenance, and handover of workstations.
• Training to maintain a safe environment for the team and guests.
• Strong knowledge of product specs to deliver menu to high standards.
• Roll sushi, work the pass, hot section, prep raw products, stay safe.
• Be a cooperative YO! team member.
• Stay informed via YO! updates and team briefs.
