YO! Sushi Limited is seeking an experienced Head Chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, lead the team, and ensure outstanding food quality during busy services.

You will motivate staff, maintain high standards, manage stock and deliveries, and collaborate with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities

As Head Chef, you'll take full ownership of the kitchen - leading the team, delivering great food every time, and creating an environment where people feel supported and proud of what they do.
