Qualifications

• Passion for great food and willingness to learn.
• Competent in all areas of the kitchen including food prep and maintaining standards.
• Knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques; able to work to health and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, handover and close down workstations per shift.
• Roll sushi, work the pass, and operate in the hot section.
• Prepare raw products and maintain a clean, safe environment following Food Safety protocols.
• Maintain product specs and assist in stock control to minimise waste.
