Job summary

Wren Kitchens in Carlisle is hiring a Kitchen Surveyor to conduct expert surveys of customers' kitchens, ensuring accurate measurements for the design process. The role offers a base salary of £29,000 with a quarterly bonus of up to £2,000, potentially reaching £37,000 annually.

40 hours per week on a rota including some evenings and weekends. You will record all information electronically in line with GDPR, maintain excellent customer service, support the showroom team, and audit plans before

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail and error checking.
• Highly organised, able to manage own time and multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Be process-driven and analytical while working efficiently.
• Able to provide excellent service and expert knowledge to customers.
• Problem-solver, willing to think outside the box with a positive attitude.
• Strong computer skills - confident picking up new softwares.

Responsibilities

• Survey customers' kitchens to ensure accurate measurements for the design process.
• Record all information electronically in-line with GDPR.
• Maintain exceptional customer journey by providing outstanding service and great communication to customers.
• Support the showroom team to improve planning skills, provide feedback and reduce errors within the business.
• Ensure high quality plans by auditing in advance of order/delivery and provide feedback to develop designers’ skills.
• 40 hours on rota, including some evenings and weekends.
