Job summary

Wren Kitchens in the UK is seeking a Home Surveyor to join our team in Acton. You will carry out accurate home surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, capturing measurements and details, and ensure GDPR-compliant recording of survey data.

You will deliver an outstanding customer experience with clear communication, contribute to reducing errors and ensuring a seamless installation, and read and follow Health and Safety policies in the IMS.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Excellent attention to detail with accuracy.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage workloads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to build great relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate home surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, capturing all required measurements and technical details.
• Record survey information electronically in line with GDPR requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through expert advice, clear communication, and high-quality surveys.
• Play a key role in reducing errors, improving efficiency, and ensuring customers receive a seamless installation experience.
• Read, understood and adhere to Health and Safety policies and IMS Responsibilities.
