Job summary

Wren Kitchens is seeking a Survey Coordinator to conduct accurate home surveys for kitchens and bedrooms, capturing measurements and technical details. You will record data electronically, ensure GDPR compliance, and provide expert customer care to deliver a seamless installation experience.

Essential skills include driving licence, attention to detail, organisation, and strong communication. The role offers a 40-hour week, with evenings and some weekends, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

About The Role

The role offers a 40-hour weekly rota (including evenings and some weekends) with a basic salary of £29,000. There is also the opportunity to earn an additional quarterly bonus of up to £2,000 — giving you the potential to achieve earnings of up to £37,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in reducing errors, improving efficiency, and ensuring customers receive a seamless installation experience.

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
  • Full UK manual driving licence

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
  • Experience carrying out home surveys or measuring appointments.
  • Experience using CAD or planner software
  • Good understanding of kitchen installation requirements and relevant legislation.
  • Experience reviewing designs and identifying potential issues before installation.
  • Previous experience working in the kitchen industry
