Kitchen & Bathrooms Sales Designer / Showroom Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to come and join our amazing team at SWM Builders Merchants, to help grow and manage our Escapology Design Brand. This is located at our Lydney head office.

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and creative individual with a passion for interior design. Someone who can lead from the front and push forward our existing team, generating sales and designing beautiful kitchens and bathrooms.

For the right candidate, this is a perfect opportunity to elevate your career to the next level, as well as develop a flourishing brand.

Responsibilities
  1. Creating and chasing leads.
  2. Overseeing the sales of the brand.
  3. Full design process, from site measure to CAD design to presentation.
  4. Confidently selling kitchens and bathrooms.
  5. Dealing directly with customers.
  6. Marketing and promoting the brand.
  7. Managing the operations of the showroom.
  8. Developing our relationship with our suppliers and negotiating when required.
