Mission Mars is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for Worcester in a new opening. You’ll be the engine room of our kitchen, helping with prep, cleanliness and ensuring the Pizzaiolos have what they need. No prior kitchen experience is required; we provide training and opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Must be flexible, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service.
• Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace.
• Restocking ingredients and supplies to prevent stockouts.
• Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Helping with deliveries and stock rotation.
