Kingsley Healthcare is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our care home catering operations. You will ensure food preparation adheres to Health and Safety and Food Standards regulations, while maintaining clean kitchen areas and handling washing up as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all food preparation and catering complies with Health and Safety and Food Standards regulations.
• Monitor and maintain kitchen cleaning schedules; ensure areas are immaculately clean.
• Wash up crockery and utensils when required.
• Reports to: Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Chef.
