Responsibilities

• Assist chefs by maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchen.
• Prepare simple meals under the direction of the chef.
• Wash dishes by hand or using the dishwasher.
• Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness.
• Wash work tables and kitchen equipment as per cleaning schedules.
• Ensure the kitchen is tidy and secure.
• Adhere to food safety and health policies.
