What will your responsibilities be?

Food Preparation

• Wash, peel, and cut ingredients (vegetables, fruits, meats, etc.).
• Pre-prepare products according to the cook’s instructions.

Kitchen Support

• Assist in the preparation of simple dishes.
• Help with the preparation of side dishes and basic sauces.

Cleaning and Organization

• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Wash utensils, tools, and work surfaces.

Storage

• Assist with receiving deliveries.
• Properly store and label food items following hygiene standards.

Other Tasks

• Carry out tasks assigned by the cook or head chef.
• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience of at least 1 year in a professional kitchen.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, handling of utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
