Runwood Homes Limited is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support our care home kitchen. You will help Chefs with daily tasks, maintain cleanliness, and follow COSHH and HACPP guidelines while contributing to events like summer fayres.

We offer training and development, with opportunities to progress within the company. The role fits 24-36 hours per week, with a supportive team in a busy kitchen environment.

About the role:

As members of the support services team, our Kitchen Assistants help the Chefs with the daily operations of the kitchen. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness and performing general kitchen tasks to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly in the care home. Our Kitchen Assistants adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as follow all necessary COSHH and HACPP guidelines. Additionally, you will be involved in catering for special events at the home, such as the annual summer fayres.
