Job summary

Oakland Care in Wigmore, Kent is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily meal preparation and service for residents. You will work 40 hours per week on day shifts, including weekends, in a busy kitchen and contribute to a clean, hygienic environment.

No prior extensive experience required; we provide comprehensive training, and benefits include free meals on shift, enhanced holiday pay, extra annual leave, and a cycle-to-work scheme.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and serving of meals and refreshments for residents.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of all food prep and service areas, tools and utensils.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Full-time
