Job summary

Oakland Care in Wigmore, Gillingham is seeking a friendly Kitchen Assistant to support our busy catering team in delivering 5* meals with exceptional service. You will help with meal preparation, serving residents and maintaining cleanliness. We provide comprehensive training and welcome candidates with diverse experiences who share our passion for great food and compassionate care.

Location: Osbern Manor, 26-28 Hoath Lane, Wigmore ME8 0SW. Pay: £13.20 per hour. Engagement: Zero Hours (Bank).

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
• Passion for food and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments.
• Help maintain hygiene and cleanliness of food prep and service areas.
• Support the catering team as needed.
