Job summary

Qualifications
- Must currently live in the UK.
- Must already have the legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Boston, Lincolnshire.
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is desirable but not essential.
- Reliable, punctual and organised.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a small team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with fresh food and ingredient preparation
- Support bakery, deli and other food preparation
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene
- Follow food safety, allergen and cross-contamination procedures
- Correctly store, label and rotate food and ingredients
- Assist with stock organisation and deliveries
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and preparation areas
- Follow recipes, portioning standards and operating procedures
- Support opening and closing routines
- Help maintain consistent food quality and presentation
