Job summary

The Smugglers Inn in Weymouth, part of Hall & Woodhouse Limited, is hiring a Kitchen Assistant / KP for the season with potential to stay on. You’ll work in a busy pub kitchen with a friendly crew and superb coastal views.

Pay up to £13.11 per hour with tips, 60% off meals on shift, and a pay rise after six months. This fixed-term role ends 30/09/26 and may become permanent depending on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy professional kitchen is a real bonus
• Confident, committed, organized and have a good eye for detail
• A real team player who keeps calm when it gets busy

Responsibilities

• Support the kitchen team as Kitchen Assistant / KP in a busy pub kitchen
• Assist with food prep, washing up and general kitchen duties
