Job summary

Royal Lion in Lyme Regis is hiring a Kitchen Assistant / KP for the season (potentially beyond). You will join a busy pub kitchen and work alongside a friendly team in a setting offering great food and hospitality.

Pay is up to £13.11 per hour with tips on top of your hourly rate, plus 60% off meals while on shift. This fixed-term role ends 30/09/26 with a pay rise after 6 months, and plenty of hours across days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy professional kitchen is a real bonus.
• Confident, committed, organized with a good eye for detail.
• Reliable with your travel to and from the venue.
