Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse Limited's Old Granary in Wareham is seeking a Kitchen Assistant / KP for the season, with potential for beyond. You’ll work in a busy pub kitchen, delivering fast, reliable prep and support to a friendly team.

This fixed-term role ends 30/09/26, with a pay rate up to £13.11 per hour plus tips, 60% meal discounts, and opportunities to increase pay after six months. Plenty of hours across days, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy professional kitchen is a real bonus
• Able to work in a fast-paced pub environment
• Committed and punctual with good eye for detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in a busy pub kitchen as KP, supporting chefs and porters
• Keep stations clean, prep ingredients and wash-up efficiently
• Work flexibly across days, evenings and weekends as required
