Qualifications

• Assist with the preparation of produce for meal time service, including breakfast items and sandwiches.
• Organise and clean kitchen areas and equipment according to schedules.
• Adhere to statutory and Company Health and Safety Regulations.
• Ensure correct storage of dry and perishable goods and cleaning materials.
• Handle crockery and utensils and ensure proper cleaning and storage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and breakfast items as directed and assist with meal service.
• Clean kitchen equipment and areas in line with cleaning schedules.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations at all times.
• Store dry and perishable goods correctly after receipt and checking.
• Maintain safe storage of cleaning materials and ensure dishes are washed and stored properly.
