Job summary

Prezzo Italian is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support our busy kitchen team. You will help keep plates, pans and kit spotless, ensure a clean and safe kitchen, and assist chefs as needed. Full training is provided and you’ll be joining a team that values hospitality and high standards.

We look for energetic, reliable team players who can thrive under pressure and help ensure every plate meets our brand’s expectations. This is a full-time role in a Brava Hospitality Group branded restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but not required for this role.
• You should be able to work well in a busy kitchen and keep to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
• Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
