Prezzo Italian is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to keep plates, pans and equipment spotless, maintain a safe, clean kitchen, and help the chefs whenever they need a hand. When you’re on form, the whole kitchen runs smoothly and guests leave satisfied.

You’ll receive full training and join a team that has your back from day one. There are clear paths across Brava Hospitality Group, with opportunities to grow into more senior kitchen roles as Prezzo Italian expands.

Qualifications

• Pride in doing a proper job and getting the little things right.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
• Take in deliveries and store them properly.
• Help the chefs with basic prep when needed.
• Lend a hand to teammates when it gets busy.
• Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safety procedures every time.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
