Job summary

Prezzo Italian is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join our kitchen engine. You’ll keep plates, pans and kit spotless, help chefs, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a busy restaurant. Full training is provided and you’ll be supported by a team that looks out for one another.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean andorganised.
• Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
• Help the chefs with basic prep when it's needed.
• Help your teammates when it gets busy.
• Follow cleaning, food safety and health and safetyprocedures every time.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely.
