Responsibilities

• Prepare simple meals and ancillary items under supervision.
• Wash dishes by hand or with the dishwasher; store items safely.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; keep areas clean and grease-free.
• Wipe work tables, walls, equipment and appliances; follow schedules.
• Operate kitchen equipment and move items between storage and work areas.
• Maintain tidiness and secure storage; dispose of rubbish properly.
• Follow HACCP, health and safety policies and keep records.
