Job summary

Prezzo Italian is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to keep dishes and kitchen areas spotless, help keep deliveries organized, and support chefs during busy shifts. You’ll join a supportive team and receive full training to grow into wider kitchen roles.

The role focuses on maintaining safety, cleanliness and efficiency, with opportunities to learn and progress within our Brava Hospitality Group.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but not required; attitude matters.
• Willingness to learn and work in a busy kitchen.
• Able to follow safety and hygiene procedures.

Responsibilities

• Wash and put away plates, pans and equipment quickly and carefully.
• Keep the kitchen, stores and bin areas clean and organised.
• Take in deliveries and put them away properly.
• Help the chefs with basic prep when it's needed.
