Job summary

Ashridge Court Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the delivery of high quality meals in a clean, safe kitchen environment. This hands-on role helps meals be prepared efficiently and to a high standard in a well organised setting.

You will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and assist with deliveries, storage and stock organisation while working closely with the Chef and wider team to keep the kitchen running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• A positive and reliable approach
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential

Responsibilities
