Ashbrook Court Care Home is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (Bank) to support the Chef in preparing and cooking nutritious meals for residents. You will keep the kitchen clean, safe and tidy during shifts and assist with serving meals while engaging with residents in a friendly, caring way that respects their dignity.
We require previous experience; Food Hygiene Certificate is preferred, and you will follow HACCP, Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines.

As our Kitchen Assistant (Bank) you will assist our Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of nutritious meals for our residents. An important part of your role will to keep the kitchen clean, safe and tidy at all times whilst on shift. You will also help with serving meals and will interact with our residents on a daily basis - so you’ll be friendly, caring and kind whilst respecting our resident’s dignity at all times.
