The Coach House Care Home in Wolverhampton is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team in preparing and serving nutritious meals for residents, including food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas and equipment, and following food hygiene and health and safety procedures.

You will work to ensure residents' dietary needs and preferences are met, as part of a team, and maintain a clean, safe and welcoming kitchen environment.

Qualifikationen

• Level 2 Food Hygiene is essential.
• Level 3 Food Hygiene would be desirable.
• Previous kitchen assistant experience is essential.
• Flexible working arrangements required.

The role of a Kitchen Assistant at Select is to support the kitchen team in preparing and serving nutritious meals for residents. Duties include food preparation, washing dishes, cleaning kitchen areas and equipment, following food hygiene and health and safety procedures, and helping to ensure residents' dietary needs and preferences are met. The role also involves working as part of a team and maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming kitchen environment.

Level 2 Food Hygiene is essential, level 3 would be desirable.
