As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Cleaning and sanitising all areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves
• Unloading food and equipment deliveries and ensuring they are stored correctly
• Keeping work surfaces, floors, and walls clean and sanitised
• Helping chefs with food preparation such as peeling and washing
• Keeping freezers, fridges, storage, and back-of-house areas clean and organised
