Job summary

Mint People is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter for a 5* care home in Darlington. You’ll support the kitchen team to prepare meals and maintain a clean, hygienic environment for residents.

Key duties include basic food prep, washing dishes, storing deliveries, and keeping storerooms tidy while following health and safety rules. Flexible daytime shifts with weekly pay and free parking onsite.

Pay:£13.68ph | Weekly pay

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a caring attitude. You’ll play a vital part in supporting the kitchen team to deliver safe, nutritious meals to residents.
