Job summary

The Pier House in St Austell is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy team. You’ll help with food preparation, operate the dishwasher, and keep the kitchen clean, tidy and in line with safety standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in a commercial kitchen.

Job description

The Pier House overlooks Charlestown's historic Georgian harbour, complete with iconic Tall Ships. The sea-facing restaurant, bar, and hotel-style rooms provide a warm welcome with the crackle of a log fire during cold months and plenty of cosy nooks to sink into.
