Job summary

The Chain Locker, part of St Austell Brewery, in Falmouth, is seeking a kitchen assistant to join our busy kitchen team. You will help with food preparation, operate the dishwasher and keep the kitchen clean, tidy and safe for the team and guests.

This entry‑level role is ideal for someone starting in a commercial kitchen and keen to learn, with opportunities to training and progression within our pubs network. We offer flexible working and a supportive team environment on the quayside.

The Chain Locker sits along Falmouth’s historic quayside. This 16th-century inn is a perfectly placed scenic hub that enjoys all this vibrant town has to offer.
