Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd in Saint Albans is seeking a part-time Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team during service and close-down. You will help set up and tidy, maintain hygiene, and ensure crockery and cutlery are stocked.

The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, a share of gratuities, an achievable bonus scheme, and generous staff discounts on meals and drinks. Full training with McMullen's GROW Programme is available to progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to participate in training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen ready for service or the next trading session.
• Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service.
