Job summary

McMullen & Sons Ltd. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team in Hitchin. You will help set up and close down the kitchen, keep everything clean and hygienic, and ensure crockery and cutlery are stocked for service. This role offers training, progression opportunities, and family-friendly policies.

• Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen for service or the next trading session.
• Keep the kitchen and all equipment clean, tidy and hygienic at all times.
• Ensure that the kitchen does not run out of clean crockery and cutlery during service.
• Be a team player, helping and assisting the Chefs when required.
