Job summary

The Old Manor, Potters Bar, part of Young's Pubs, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team and support kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

You will be trained, work as part of a reliable team, and have opportunities to develop within our Apprenticeship Scheme and Chef Academy. We offer competitive pay, weekly wages and staff discounts in our pubs and rooms.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or kitchen environment is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to high standards.

• Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
• Have high standards and a great work ethic
• You will show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Be working alongside your kitchen team and will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
