Job summary

Harri is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for Old Manor in Potters Bar. You will join a friendly kitchen team, supporting daily prep, service and cleanliness while upholding high standards. Full training is provided and a positive attitude is valued to help the pub deliver a warm customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills in a busy hospitality environment. Weekly pay and staff incentives accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Assistant preferred or a willingness to start in hospitality.
• Reliability, strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to communicate clearly with the team.
• Passion for delivering high quality kitchen service.

Responsibilities

• Support kitchen team with prep and day-to-day service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised and hygienic at all times.
• Assist with stock, mise en place and waste control.
• Contribute to delivering top quality guest experiences.
