Job summary

Mission Mars Limited is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our Rudys kitchen team in the UK. You’ll prep ingredients, keep the workspace spotless, and ensure the pizzaiolos have everything they need. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist within a fast-moving, energetic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service.
• Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace.
• Restocking ingredients and supplies so the kitchen never runs dry.
• Following food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Helping with deliveries and stock rotation.
• Being a reliable, positive presence in a fast-moving kitchen.

Position: Kitchen Assistant

Salary: £13.45 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Full time / Part time available

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. No prior kitchen experience needed - just a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the engine room of our kitchen: prepping ingredients, keeping things spotless, and making sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.

Your day-to-day

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
