Job summary

Rudy's in Manchester invites applications for a Kitchen Assistant. No prior kitchen experience is required as full training is provided; you’ll support prep, keep the station clean, and restock ingredients to ensure service runs smoothly.

A strong work ethic and team spirit are essential as you learn and grow within a widely recognised brand. You will work as part of a busy kitchen, upholding hygiene standards and collaborating with the pizza team to ensure guests receive excellent service.

Qualifications

• No prior kitchen experience required; training provided.
• Strong work ethic with proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
• Washing up and maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace throughout
• Restocking ingredients and supplies so the kitchen never runs dry
