Job summary

Wildwood is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Wales. You’ll support chefs, keep the kitchen clean, and help ensure service runs smoothly from prep to dessert.

No experience across everything is needed—we’ll teach you as you go. Bring energy, a can-do attitude, and be ready to work as part of a busy team.

The role

This isn’t just about helping in the kitchen it’s about being part of the team that makes every service happen.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’re right at the heart of the action. You’ll support the chefs, keep things clean and organised, and help make sure the kitchen runs smoothly from prep through to service.

You’ll be hands-on: prepping ingredients, washing dishes, keeping work areas clean and tidy, helping the chefs wherever needed and creating some of our delicious desserts.

No experience across everything is needed we’ll teach you as you go. Bring the right attitude, energy and willingness to get stuck in, and we’ll help you build your skills and become a key part of the kitchen team.
