Job summary

Rudy's is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant in the United Kingdom. You will be the engine room of the kitchen, handling prep, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring Pizzaiolos have what they need. No prior kitchen experience is required; training and progression are available.

We value a hard-working, can-do attitude, strong communication, and the ability to work well under pressure with a team-first mindset. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is preferred.

Position: Kitchen Assistant

Salary: £13.45 | Tips & Tronc | Bi-Weekly Bonus

Contract: Full Time / Part time available

We're looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. No prior kitchen experience needed - just a strong work ethic, genuine enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn. You'll be the engine room of our kitchen: prepping ingredients, keeping things spotless, and making sure the Pizzaiolos have everything they need.

Your day-to-day

• Supporting the kitchen team with prep work before and during service
