ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to join our passionate, hard-working, and friendly catering team. You will create delicious meals, snacks, and drinks for our residents. Understanding their likes and dislikes will help make mealtimes a highlight of their day.

Boultham Park House is a 34-bed Care Home in Boultham Park, Lincoln, offering residential and dementia care in a comfortable, homely setting.

ABOUT YOU

No previous formal catering experience is required as training will be provided. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is helpful. We seek someone passionate about cooking, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, with a positive attitude and good communication skills. You should enjoy engaging with elderly residents to understand their needs and be a team player.
